Phone reservations that reach the host stand

During service, an incoming call competes with guests already at the door. A configured CallPilot connection checks SeatPilot availability and creates the restaurant reservation there. The phone conversation and the host team's operational record stay connected.

SeatPilot remains the authoritative reservation system. Large parties, exceptions and requests outside the configured booking rules should reach staff rather than receive an unsupported promise.

Website bookings and walk-ins share the room

Website reservations enter the same table inventory as staff and connected phone bookings. Hosts can add walk-ins and manage a waitlist without treating those guests as a second, disconnected schedule.

  • Review the booking source and party details.
  • Keep walk-in demand visible alongside upcoming reservations.
  • Prepare a suitable table before marking the guest as seated.

A floor plan your team can work from

The interactive floor plan shows tables and operational states. Table assignment must respect the party and the room, rather than simply placing another name on a list. Staff can see where attention is needed and work from a host-stand tablet or desktop.

Confirmations with useful guest context

Guest confirmations help staff distinguish a response from a booking that still needs attention. Guest records keep available visit details and notes with the person, so a returning guest's context does not depend entirely on one team member's memory.

A confirmation is not a guarantee of arrival. Hosts still review outstanding responses, arrival and check-in during service.

Keep each location operationally clear

Multi-location operations need branch-specific availability, tables and access. Review the configuration for each room and the people responsible for it. A useful demo should show a real shift scenario across locations, not just a group-level dashboard.

A connected restaurant plan

CallPilot + SeatPilot is $499 CAD/month. It combines phone intake with restaurant reservation and guest operations. SeatPilot alone is $250 CAD/month for teams that want to begin with the host stand.

Book a demo using your actual room layout, peak-service call examples and reservation rules. A guided pilot can test the connection with the people who will operate it.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Your questions, answered.

Can staff still enter reservations themselves?

Yes. Staff bookings, website bookings, connected phone reservations, walk-ins and waitlist activity belong in the same SeatPilot operation.

Does the restaurant bundle include Studio OS?

No. Studio OS is a separate social media operations product. The restaurant bundle connects CallPilot and SeatPilot.

Can CallPilot promise any requested table?

No. The configured workflow must respect SeatPilot availability and restaurant rules. Staff handle exceptions that need a decision.
